🐄 WINTER BREAK ❄️ Our pitch is now on winter break. Our cattle have returned from the alpine pasture and are spending the cold season back with us in the barn. We're already looking forward to summer 2027 and to welcoming many familiar and new guests! Thank you for a wonderful season! 🌿 We would like to sincerely thank all our wonderful guests who stopped by our place in Mamishaus this year. It was lovely to welcome so many friendly people and to fill our little pitch with life. --------------- Our small pitch is idyllically situated in the gentle hilly landscape of the Gantrisch region. You can expect plenty of greenery, a beautiful view and, above all, peace and quiet – a place to breathe, unwind and enjoy. In summer, when our cattle are on the alpine pasture, this special spot is all yours. Whether with a camper, bus or tent: everyone who loves the simple and close-to-nature life is welcome. Tent guests can set up on the meadow near the pitch. For cosy evenings there is a barbecue area with firewood provided. Running water and electricity add a touch of comfort. In bad weather, a simple shelter in the empty barn is available. The toilet is simple and functional and leads through the barn – a little piece of real farm life included. You might even encounter one or two harmless "leftovers" from our cattle along the way. A large walnut tree provides pleasant shade on warm days. The bus stop is just a few steps away, and nearby you'll find a small self-service cheese shop with delicious regional specialities. A simple, peaceful place in the midst of nature – we look forward to seeing you in summer 2027!
